[Bermagui Community] Quiet/Retreat Days at Open Sanctuary

For the coming year, Open Sanctuary at Corkhill Drive, Tilba Tilba will be
holding silent/retreat days on the 4th Friday of each month.

They will be lead by Linda Chapman and everyone is welcome to attend.

 "It seems increasingly clear that in the context of the world as it is
today we each need to find a way towards equilibrium in a time of turmoil,
non-violence in response to the violence of the world and contemplative
care for each other. We need to listen to the earth. Nature nurtures
silence and our silence will nurture nature. Coming together in this way we
hope to support  the practice of silence and deep listening.

The Quiet Days will be a time for contemplation, reflection, shared
meditation; a time of silence, stillness, simplicity in community.

 The days will have a light structure as per the program attached. This may
change over time as we refine what is most helpful. The dates for the days
are set out below.

We look forward to sharing these days with you as you feel drawn to them.
