I am looking for 2 people with dogs that they would like to train as a
truffle dog. The dog needs to be well trained already, intelligent and like
to play. The breed of dog doesn't really matter, nor how well they can
smell (all dogs have a good enough smell). The issue is trainable,
intelligent and like to play. If you are interested please send me an
email/give me a call.

By way of background, two dogs were trained last year (one from Quaama and
one from Cobargo). Both worked well. One will be 'on-holiday' in USA over
winter. The other is here, but we need a couple of dogs. The plan is that
once trained, you would be able to make a business of this by hunting
truffles on other small trufferies, mainly on the Monaro.  The truffle
season just lasts while there are frosts (you need frosts for the truffle
to develop), so it is a winter business
