[Bermagui Community] Next Cobargo Seed Savers on Wed 29th May

Hi Community Folk


The next Cobargo seed savers gathering is on Wednesday 29th May from 10am to 12pm at River and Tam’s place, 18 Blackbutt Drive in Cobargo.


This month we’ll be saving seeds from pumpkins, leeks and onions.  So if you can lend a hand, we’d love to see you!  You’ll be helping us to make these locally grown seeds available to the wider community to grow healthy food, to protect our seed heritage, to create a resilient food economy in our community …. so many good things!


You can also bring along your own home grown seeds for sharing at our monthly Seed Share, and maybe even find some new interesting seeds for your own garden – last month we had peanuts (thanks Charlie) and saffron (thanks Liz) to share around!


Coffee and tea is provided.  Bring a chair and a small plate of food to share for morning tea if you can.
