Jacquie and Ruth's Excellent Surf Adventures continue...….

Calling all women surfers and oceanic lovers...… start the day with beach yoga and a surf

Where:   ​Rockwall, Bermagui
When:    Every Wednesday beginning 6th November
Time:      9am to approx. 10.30am..... probably move to earlier time as weather warms up
Who:      Beginners to intermediate
              Wetsuits and boards supplied - book with Jacqui evening before
Bring:     Sunscreen, hat, board

Come and join us in a fun, supportive environment.... we like to start with sound toning to sing up the Earth, then yoga and surf.
If it's flat we swim.  Maybe option for paddle boarding if that happens.
