> A shiatsu session for these issues is quiet different from a Shiatsu session targeting physical muscular skeletal issues. As shiatsu is based on Traditional Oriental Medicine a session working with the above issues is generally more nurturing and is aimed at balancing and harmonizing of tsubo (acupoints) along the relevant meridians helping to bring about an inner awareness and calming of the mind.

> As somebody who has suffered from the consequence of mental health issues ( my father committing suicide when i was young), watching my mother suffer from being bedridden with M.S. and her suffering of mental health, and myself  also having suffered from mental health issues as a consequence of my childhood, I am passionate about helping people to find there center and calm the storm.
