[Bermagui Community] Call for Accommodation

Hello,

As things do happen... the property I'm living on is going up for sale.

I'm looking for a new place to live, from around December.

So... here are my dreams...

*Place*
I'm looking for a long term situation. I have a small caravan to live in if
that helps...

I'd like reliable 240v electricity and fair access to water or a bathroom.
I could erect a shed around the 'van to house a kitchen/bathroom/laundry.

*An Exchange*
You'll want a property companion - and be happy for labour or house-keeping
in lieu of rent or something like that, plus utilities.

I have great gardening and general rural skills and a lot of fixing and
making skills, and a suite of tools. I can do almost anything, including
cooking and cleaning. I've never been a rocket scientist, yet!

I'm a musician so you'll be ok with piano and guitar sounds, within
reason... headphones are awesome things.

*The Warning Label*
I'm an astrologer, so I would want to review our general compatibility to
avoid future calamitous challenges and make the most of our strengths,
wouldn't you? Eyes wide open, but I prefer not to use it as a lens for
living moment to moment - I'm a normal person. I like coffee!

I have the best dog in the universe. She's incredibly obedient, a chook
lover, wombat guard and chaser of possums.

I believe in open discussions and written agreements, and that good people
appreciate good intentions and they like boundaries too.

I like people a lot, but at home I'm pretty quiet and reclusive. Lifelong
study, online communities, music, reading, gardening, dreaming... a life.

I do need a place to store a trailer and tools and I have furniture but not
a lot. If needed, I do have my own fridge, washing machine, stove, heater
and internet.

*In the Lap of the Gods*
This is one of those things where you just say yes, or you'll have an ear
for something that comes your way. It's a mix of intuition and logic.

I'm generally a lucky person, so I trust this will work out well. But I
just don't know where or when yet. Thank you.
