[Bermagui Community] Jun Scoby

Hi lovely people,
I have recently been given a few Jun Scoby's, so have a couple spare, it is similar to Kombutcha, its from Tibet (from what I know) instead of sugar you feed Jun honey and green tea. some say it predates kombutcha, others say its a newer aductation of kombutcha. From what ive read it is made from a different combination of bacteria, and has more of a floral tone (which i presume depends on what honey its fed) Its the first time ive grown it so thats about all the info.
