Alan and I established a trufferie (truffle orchard) in 2013 - hoping to prove that this would be a viable crop for this area. Six years on we have proved that truffles do grow well here, and it is a commercially viable crop. We have established an export market in the USA that can absorb what this region can produce. Our vision is that this may help make farms in this area more viable in the long term.
Cultivating truffles successfully requires a level of understanding and so I have organised for Australia's leading experts in truffles to deliver training. Given Covid-19, this will comprise an online seminar program set up as a four episode program for viewing in your own time and place. It contains heaps of video & interviews and comments from nine industry people and is up-to-date and current info.
* Episode 1/ Understanding truffle
* Episode 2/ Establishing & setting up a truffiere
* Episode 3/ Truffiere management
* Episode 4/ Harvesting and marketing
Registration is $198 which grants 14 days access. There are also prepared notes participants will receive on registration, along with a tax invoice from Trufficulture. See this link for more info and to register. https://trufficulture.com.au/grower-seminars/#onlineseminar
I have arranged for an additional zoom session with the expert team to answer your questions on 21 August and a visit to our trufferie on 22 August to see it all in practice including a truffle hunt. This is only available to those who have already completed the online seminar.

Thanks
