Hello Folks,

There's so much happening around the Cobargo region... here (below) is one
more special event. A chance to replenish your garden.

There is bound to be a surplus of plants and they need homes, so please
come along and help move this amazing gift into your gardens, or your
friends' gardens and perhaps share with people you know.

It's also a good opportunity to connect with friends and talk about plans
for the season ahead.

Dear Community

“Out of the fires” Cobargo Green Recovery Inc. in conjunction with the
Rotary club of Bega and the Rotary club of Weston Creek are holding a
community fun day Saturday 14/11/2020 10 am till 2 pm approx. This is for
the Cobargo, Quaama and surrounding areas at the Cobargo Show Ground.



There will be over 4,000 plants to give away. These plants have been
lovingly grown by the Weston Creek Rotary people as a Covid project to
assist our community recover. Please bring along a box or bag to place your
plants into. There will be a free sausage sizzle by Bega Rotary, cakes,
sandwiches, tea and coffee provided by the Cobargo Red Cross group,  music,
lolly scramble and lucky door prizes. Plus anything else that may pop into
our heads prior to the event.



We are asking for volunteers for the Friday 13/11 to set up plus the
Saturday to help coordinate and clean up please. If you could volunteer a
couple of hours on either or both the Friday or the Saturday please reply
via email providing your email, Contact number and what hours you would be
available to help please.



Looking forward to catching up with all of our treasured community. We all
know that we need this catch up.



Of course, covid restrictions will be in place so please be mindful;
