We've had a couple of cancellations for the first session so there are still some places left for tomorrow.   Please note that tomorrow's event will be in Cobargo Hall, not Quaama.  I was unable to change the venue on the website for the one workshop.

Resting in Goodness
A Movement and Resting workshop series with
Madhuma Thompson

In this workshop series we'll be learning and practicing deep relaxation
techniques and gentle trauma-releasing exercises. These practices will be
supported by guided-meditations, music and your simple, innovative
movements.
Attend one or all sessions.
Optimal results come with repetition - and the group's support can be so
heartening!
Madhuma Thompson is an Open Floor Movement and 5Rhythms Dance
facilitator with 40 years' experience of both active and passive meditation.
