This is not a email to get sympathy or anything of the like.and i dont need any replies or condolences. My Father commited suicide when I was young, my brother and I had a very painfull and difficult upbringing in many ways. My brother on the weekend has also also taken his own life. Leaving his wife and 12 year old nephew and 13 year old niece ( behind and of course myself) they are around the same age I was when my mother died from MS, and being a child of suicide I know its going to be such a difficult and life changing time. This is just a plead to anyone who is going through the deep dark tunnel of depression and mental illness if you can not process what you feel and its overwhelming you and you feel you can not cope, please PLEASE PLEASE seek help and continue that contact if you have made it. If alcohole or drugs is your only way of coping with the intense waves of despair, you need more tools in your emotional first aid. Dont give up. Dont hide from the your struggle with mental illness. Dont leave your family with the emptyness that will never be filled with you gone. There life is not better without you. Seek help the wave of despair will pass, it may come again, keep seeking that help, you are not a burdon that one moment can not be taken back if you choose to give up.
