Free Zumba
Wednesday 14 December starts with virtual Zumba brought to you free by Reclink.  Be there at 9.45am with some water to drink.  Last week was a lot of fun and we are looking forward to having more people join us.  Reclink offers a variety of free zoom in classes that you can do from home or with a group and Julia and Ritchie will be available to chat about other movement based activities they can provide to communities.  We are looking at a regular Friday Zumba session in 2023, so if this day works for you, please let us know.

Art Therapy
Our final art therapy session for the year starts at 1.30pm.  Özlem Güler has led us on numerous artistic adventures this year with the most recent being the completion of a banner commenced at Fire-up Oz Quaama School Fete.  If you have any thoughts about what you would like to do tomorrow, please send them through asap.

Music in the garden
We have an open invitation to any musicians who feel like playing with others to bring acoustic instruments and have some jamming etc in the hall grounds during the drop-in.  So far we have had ukulele, sax, flute and recorder and would love to have many more players making music together.

Scheduled activities
All other Quaama Renewal Projects activities have finished for the year, but bookings are available for Traditional Hatha Yoga with Sara Bear for term 1 2023. The second set of Immersive Jewellery making workshops runs over three Tuesday evenings in January 2023.
