Dear community,

Organising Brite with so many wonderful people has been such an incredible
experience. I feel well and truly supported and blown away by peoples'
enthusiasm. We’re nearly there now with all the organising. Nourishing
food, marvelous bands and music, fabulous decorations, and a whole load of
fun games and activities for kids. Pray for no wind and rain please!

Just a few housekeeping things.

*Please book in so we know for catering, parking, and  camping or if you’ve
booked in and aren’t coming then cancel your spot (s). We’re galloping
towards our maximum capacity everyday now.  *

If you’re staying over please keep your dog on a lead and away from the
main areas.

*Please volunteer if you can spare an hour or so, either the day before or
volunteer on NYE. Volunteer list will be sent out when ready, but
expressions of interest can be texted to me on 0417 684 300.*

On New Years Day we’ll be serving free muffins, quiches and coffee in
return for checking the grounds for any rubbish and helping us bump out.
Also the pub will be open for a great breakfast.

Bring kids early to get their faces painted at 5pm and settle into the
Showgrounds. It’s always lovely for kids to acclimatise when it’s quieter
and get their bearings.

Entry and camping are free but food is to be paid for.

There’s no bar and it’s byo. There’s plenty of tables to set up camp.

Bring non breakable drink bottles. There’s no glass to go into the main
hall and dancing is thirsty work!

*There will be strictly no entrance after 10pm.* This is not a ‘get tanked
up at the pub or at home' and then come kinda event.

I’m so looking forward to seeing everyone there and honouring the place
that took care of us after the fires and has been a place for such joy,
merriment, and a variety of wonderful community events over many years.
