Medicine Music & Sound Healing

Steve Chin

3.30pm to 5.30pm every 2nd Monday of the month at Quaama School of Arts Hall
Free of charge

Medicine Music expression sessions involve engaging the senses and tuning into the present moment, integrating mindfulness-based meditation
with music therapy while engaging the natural healing mechanism of the body and mind.

Sessions include:

-          Introduction to medicine music and healing facilitation through breath, sound and movement.

-          Engaging the senses and tuning into the present moment.

-          Clearing stagnant energy and releasing stress, tension, pain and trauma through breath, sound and movement.

-          Breathwork, grounding and bathing in the radiance of the universe.

-          Vocal warm up exercises and sounding.

-          Medicine music expression session.

-          Sound bath meditation.

Steve is a clinician, healer, natural therapist,
massage therapist,
musician and workshop facilitator who has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, Breathwork and Meditation since 2003.
