Good evening all

A reminder that the first of our Art Therapy series is on tomorrow Wednesday 4 May during Quaama Renewal Centre's drop-in day.  Join us from 1.30 to 3.30pm for art assemblage.  [?]

Other regular happenings from 10am till 4pm every Wednesday include:
*Visits from bushfire recovery staff including mental health support and BVSC recovery case managers.
*crafting - we will be starting on creating community bunting with all our fabrics. Bring some scissors!!!!
*free garden bounty - this week beans, apples, perennial leeks and jerusalem artichokes for planting and whatever else you have to share!
*tea, coffee and cakes
*lots of chatting in our wonderful shared space.

This space at Quaama School of Arts Hall is for everyone in the community to enjoy, especially those new to the area who want to meet new friends and find out what is happening and how to get involved.

Medicine Music & Sound Healing with Steve Chin 3.30pm to 5.30pm every 2nd Monday of the month sessions involve engaging the senses and tuning into the present moment, integrating mindfulness-based meditation with music therapy. Meditation in Stillness and in Motion for relaxation and wellbeing. Includes Qigong and breathwork, meridian stretching and meditation standing, sitting and lying down. Held on the second Monday of the month from 6 till 7pm

Introduction to Equine Therapy with Gini Eagle. Free 2 x weekly 1 on 1 sessions in an unique non- threatening therapeutic space.  Only one space left for 12pm on Sunday May 8 and 15.
