Dear all,
Stonewave Taiko is a Japanese taiko drumming group, practicing and
performing in the Bega Valley. You may have seen us and our big drums
performing at community and larger-scale events in and around the Bega
Valley! We also run regular, ongoing classes in both Bega and Cobargo. *For
more info about Stonewave Taiko, please go to our website
www.stonewavetaiko.com <http://www.stonewavetaiko.com> *
In November this year, we have the privilege of hosting a Japanese Taiko
Master, Eiichi Saito, when he visits this region as part of his
Australia-wide tour. He will present two public workshops in Bega on the
morning of *Friday 4th November*. The workshops are FREE and are for any
age, any ability. This will be a rare opportunity to work with a taiko
drummer of Eiichi’s calibre.
Eiichi Saito is a long-time member of Japanese Taiko group, KODO, and has
many years of experience working with differentiated groups of people. He
works within the framework of the Exadon program which is an exciting and
innovative program for providing taiko experiences to people of all ages
and all skill levels. *(See attached link for more info on this program.
>From the 2 ½ to 3 minute mark on the first clip is in English*).

We hope that you will be able to attend one of these workshops and we look
forward to introducing taiko to you!
Our poster is attached. Please send on through your own networks if
appropriate.
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL (even though the workshops are free) and are available
on Trybooking at https://www.trybooking.com/CCXKX.
If you need further information, please don’t hesitate to call me on 0448
