I am a reliable & trustworthy *tenant* seeking a long-term, self-contained
space in the *Bermagui* area — preferably Beauty Point/Wallaga Lake  —
where I live & work. (I’d consider North to Tilba / South to Cuttagee /
East-side of Coolagolite).


Ideally, I'd love a sunny position with private, quiet, natural
surroundings, with good mobile reception &/or wifi access. I live a quiet —
though busy — lifestyle, without children or pets, though love them both. (I
would also consider a drug-free share-house with similar criteria.) I care
for where I live & always leave a place ‘better’ than when I arrived.
