Cobargo is the centre of all things fungi this Friday, 5th July.

6.30pm - 8.30pm Fungi Ecologist Dr Sapphire McMullan-Fisher will speak on
'Fungi in our Bushlands' at Cobargo School of Arts. For tickets visit

Before this, during the day, view the art:


   - The Lazy Lizard Gallery has a fungi art exhibition featuring work by
   members and guest artist Taisha. Open all day.


   - Coco (the Cobargo Commons) has the Fungi Feastival's photography
   exhibition on display.

Then eat the fungi food


   - Coco are making delicious mushroom & truffle butter toasties. Open all
   day.

Then buy a mushroom growing kit from the Coop so you can make more
wonderful fungi food

Then in the evening, don’t miss Dr Sapphire McMullan-Fisher – a leading
Australian fungi ecologist:
