Dear community,
We have lots of classes and workshops on the schedule for May and we can't
wait to welcome you all!💛💛 (see schedule below)

Sunda had an amazing start with the Melt & Tone Block Therapy class. There
is so much interest that from the 8th of May she will start a new series
and will hold an extra class on Thursday at 5pm. Don't wait too long to
contact her to join these nourishing classes.

This month we are very lucky to have 2 one-off yoga classes: Vinyasa Yoga
with Marika on the 3rd of May and Yin Yoga with Alice on the 25th of May.

I would also love to introduce Alice AG, who will share two Yin/Yang yoga
classes with us this month on the 9th & 23rd of May.

Turns out, joy really does like to dance. What a beautiful first Biodanza
session in Bermagui, full of laughter, connection and seriously good vibes!
Let's keep moving on May 11th.

Join Deepika for a beautiful morning of chanting and learning on the 11th
of May.Together we will unlock the vibrational magic of the Gāyatrī mantra
through guided and specific pronunciation practice. For the second part of
this workshop, you will have the opportunity to apply these new skills by
chanting 108 rounds of this sacred mother of all mantras. Everyone is
welcome, no experience necessary.

Kirtan is back this month! On Sunday 4th of May at 4pm. We can't wait to
come together and share this experience from the heart.

Did you know that Paula's Monday 6pm Iyengar class is perfect for
beginners? Contact our dear teacher Paula to join in.

I would love to introduce a new monthly circle: The Way-finders Women’s
Circle 2025. Would you love deep and complex conversations held in a deeply
supportive, welcoming and warm-hearted women’s group? We do: it’s not easy
being alive in this complicated time. Let’s talk it out, laugh it out, rage
it out - help each other explore joy, grief, courage and vulnerability, the
mundane and the extraordinary. We want to hear and support one another!

Zenthai Shiatsu session with Tora. It's also possible to buy a gift voucher
for a dear one.
