Bush house to rent



We have a house to rent between Cobargo and Quaama in a beautiful bush
setting. We are looking for people who would enjoy living in this peaceful
forest.



The house is new, a fire rebuild. It has a large open plan living, kitchen
and dining space, a study and two bedrooms, each with a loft. It has tank
water, wifi, air-conditioner, wood heater, gas hot water and stove top, and
an electric oven. The house runs on stand-alone solar power so there are no
electricity bills but some limits on power consumption. It comes with a garage
and carport.



The owner also lives on the property and the houses are 100m apart and well
screened for mutual privacy. No dogs or cats as the property is not
internally fenced and has a Biodiversity Conservation Trust Agreement.



Rent is $500pw plus bond.
