You've made the first post. </div><div><br></div><div>Your views and those of all residents on possible Bermagui cbd plans are very valuable.</div><div><br></div><div>You mention you're concerned about trees on Lamont St blocking the view of the harbour. However, at present the draft plan shows medium sized shrubs or small trees (like 2 meter high ficifolias) in planter boxes at 15-20 metre intervals on the edge of the footpath in front of the Lamont St shops. Such shrubs or small trees would grow to the height of the existing shop awnings or less so they wouldn't cut out any views for properties in streets behind Lamont St. On the other side of Lamont St, the idea on the draft plan is for a few low shrubs around picnic tables to provide attractive settings in the area in front of the harbour. There are so many things which require attention in Bermagui, like curb and guttering and fixing the roads. Why not please everyone and spend the money where it is needed?<br>
