<p class="MsoNormal">I imagine the parties contributing equally. For instance two times what I can afford could purchase a great house or great site on which to build.

 </span>I am fifty three and an artist and I want to make a base from which I can come and go and know that it's there for me when I need to stop and rejuvenate.
