house is a available for immediate removal.</div>

<p class="MsoNormal">There is a 12 tonne limit over the tree
roots along the access of the house. So unfortunately it wont
be possible for a low loader to be used to remove the house.
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The house is described as a Riley Newsum
design, built in England as a flat pack prefabricated kit so
could potentially be taken apart and transported in pieces to
its new home. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The person taking the house would need to
organise all the work involved in taking the house apart and
transporting it.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I’m not sure how the builders schedule in
Canberra will be impacted In the current Corona climate but
it’s probably worth putting the house onto the Cobargo website
.</p>
