Hello Seedies

Our next Seedsavers session is on next week!  This month we'll be packaging up more broadbean & pea seeds for late Autumn sowing and processing lettuce seeds (thanks Philip in Tilba for growing the lettuce!).

We'll also be talking about the veg you can be saving seeds from at this time of year like capsicums, chilis, eggplants. So come with all your tips and questions.  Bring along any vegetables that you'd like to save seeds from (or a screenshot if they're still in the veg patch!), so we can talk about when plants are ready for seed saving.

AND that's not all, we'll also be planning our 10th Birthday celebration!  Yes that's right folks ... we're 10 years old next month!! So bring your ideas for a birthday bash too.

When: Wednesday 24th April, 10am-12pm
Where: River & Tam's place, 18 Blackbutt Drive Cobargo

BYO: a chair & mug  (coffee/tea provided).

And now a BIG drumroll 🥁 ... the final weigh in for The One Seed One Community project was 5kg of Cupidon Beans! Well done to everyone who grew them and/or processed them up & down the Bega valley.

We won't be short of bean seeds to plant this Spring!
