<div>Hello Seed Savers and Vegetable Gardners,</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Our next Bega Valley Garden Zoom will be next Saturday 20th April at 10am. The zoom is recorded so please also register if you'd like to be sent the link to the recording in the event you can't make the session.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Join us online to chat with other vegetable growers and seed savers in the Bega Valley about what we're planting, what we're harvesting and help each other with practical solutions to any growing challenges we're facing. All welcome. We aim to keep the
zoom session to just 30 minutes.</div>

</div>
<div>We've put in our early garlic and are continuing to succession plant cabbages, cauliflowers and other winter brassicas. We've also been finding spaces on the end for small lots of walking onions and saffron that go in now. Also going in now is the mature
onions we've been storing (rather than eating) ready to regrow for seed. We're also sowing endive, lettuce, Asian greens and peas. Before our May zoom we'll also have put in broadbeans, lots more peas and we'll have started this season's onions from seed.
Lots of work is also happening pulling things out. Our cucumbers have finished, as have most of the beans. We've been pulling out pumpkin and zucchini plants that have finished too. We're calling it done on most of our tomatoes too and they'll start coming
out this week. Some of the beds are getting an application of compost and being planted with winter crops and some are being sowed straight-away with a mixture of things as a green manure crop. It might be the end of the summer season but we're still very
busy in the garden and harvesting lots of variety for the kitchen - lettuce, celery, carrots, silverbeet, cabbage, parsley, mizuna, bok choi, rocket, kale, leeks, sweet potato, potato, pumpkin, tomatoes, chokos, capsicums and chillies.</div>
