As it is Advance Care Planning week, but I had to cancel the morning tea discussion i had planned for Bermagui yesterday, it seems sensible to forward their website which is more and more useful every time I drop into it: www.advancecareplanning.org.au <http://www.advancecareplanning.org.au/> - you’ll find NSW specific info there too.

If you would like me to mail some of their introductory paraphenalia that I would have given out yesterday, just send me your address.
