Good evening all

The workshops scheduled for 3 and 10 July will definitely go ahead. The activity is allowed under current covid restrictions for regional NSW. Covid requirements are that all attendees sanitise, wear masks while inside, maintain a minimum 1.5m distance and sign in via the QR code available at the hall entry.

There are still places available - those who attended the first workshop had wonderful feedback so please take up this free opportunity

yours in renewal

Veronica

Madhuma Thompson
July 3 & 10, August 21 & 28

In this workshop series we'll be learning and practicing deep relaxation
techniques and gentle trauma-releasing exercises. These practices will be
supported by guided-meditations, music and your simple, innovative

Optimal results come with repetition - and the group's support can be so
heartening!

"The space Madhuma holds in these classes is so compassionate and daring that I find myself
