I am itchy to get back to sharing people’s stories and before the end of
the year I am hoping to launch a podcast called SpotOh!

The elevator pitch goes something like:

*SpotOh! – colourful conversations with people who drive colourful cars.*

*The popular family driving game is now a podcast that explores the life
stories of people and families who drive colourful cars.*

*Stories of recovery and resilience, stories of achievement and hard work,
stories of joy and passion.* *These people have something to say and share,
the colour of their car is just the start.*

*Human stories covering the colours of life (and cars!) from a street near
you – subscribe, play, and engage with the SpotOh! Podcast.*

I am hoping you might know someone (it might even be you!) with something
to share, who also drives a colourful car. I’d be grateful for an
introduction to them as I start to build a bank of stories.

The car colour palette is pretty broad (anything other than white, black,
or silver) and doesn’t necessarily need to be connected to someone’s story;
it’s just a random way of connecting to people and experiences that
otherwise might not be known.

This is not a commercial venture, but rather a way of building community
and connections, and offering something positive to the world.

I am working with one of my old bosses at the ABC, who has set himself up
as a producer and distributor of podcasts. All involved do it for the love
of it, with any advertising dollars that do come in covering production
costs.

Any questions or ideas you have are always welcome, but in the first
instance I’d be grateful if you could share this note and my contact
details with someone you think might be interested in sharing their story
as part of the podcast.
