[Bermagui Community] Revised - Living on a beautiful block

Hi, seeking anyone interested in splitting a house or building separate houses on a beautiful block of land.

This is how I imagine this progressing –

Contact/Connect, talk, consider, agree, search, find, “legal stuff”, proceed and LIVE.

I imagine the parties contributing equally. For instance two times what I can afford could purchase a great house or great site on which to build.  I can't do it on my own.  I am fifty three and an artist and I want to make a base from which I can come and go and know that it's there for me when I need to stop and rejuvenate.

Hopefully this provides some insight and if you have similar ideals please let's talk.

This could be the only way for us to make the lifestyle we are seeking in this area.
